How to add an email signature in Gmail
Gmail accepts formatted signatures with photos, icons, and links. Make your signature first, then follow these steps on a computer.
Steps

Copy your signature.
Open the signature maker - 2
In Gmail on a computer, click the gear, then See all settings.

On the General tab, scroll to Signature and click Create new. Give it a name.

Click in the signature box and paste.

Under Signature defaults, pick it for new emails and replies, then click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Good to know
- The Gmail phone app has its own plain-text signature setting.
- Gmail removes pictures that are stored inside a signature. Use a link to a picture that is already online for your photo, logo, or banner.
- Gmail signatures can be up to 10,000 characters long. Signature warns you before you go over.
