How to add an HTML email signature in Thunderbird
Thunderbird takes the signature as HTML code. Make your signature first, then follow these steps.
Steps
- 1
Copy the HTML code.
Open the signature maker - 2
Open Account Settings and select your email address.
- 3
Under Signature text, tick “Use HTML” and paste the code into the box.
Good to know
- You can also download the file and choose “Attach the signature from a file instead”.
- A downloaded signature file can include the icons inside it, so they show even without internet.
